Bill: Proposal to Withdraw from the Anti-Multicultural League
Details
Submitted by[?]: Lodamun Distributionist Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2414
Description[?]:
The LDP believes that the time is finally right for our country to withdraw from this narrowminded and racist treaty. Not only is it shameful to have our name on this treaty as founder, it is also a pointless treaty as we are the only party to have signed it since its drafting. Please join us in erasing this blot on the good name of the United Kingdoms of Lodamun. |

Message | I totally agree. This has been a goal of the URP since it was first propsoed. I pointed out that I believe only one other country was in compliance. The URP thanks the LDP for bringing this matter back for a vote |

Message | That party actually pulled out. We're the only ones being tied to the treaty currently. |
Date | 23:10:23, June 15, 2007 CET | From | Free Lodamun | To | Debating the Proposal to Withdraw from the Anti-Multicultural League |
Message | that was misleading. we are the only nation to have ratified it, but one other is in compliance. |
Date | 04:08:16, June 16, 2007 CET | From | Lodamun Liberal-Conservative Party | To | Debating the Proposal to Withdraw from the Anti-Multicultural League |
Message | Absolutely. We support. |
Date | 20:41:30, June 16, 2007 CET | From | New Democratic Party | To | Debating the Proposal to Withdraw from the Anti-Multicultural League |
Message | If no other nations have ratified the treaty, there is no reason to be affiliated with it. Perhaps we might even revisit some of the associated laws, once we're no longer encumbered by the treaty. If this proposal passes, I'd like a debate regarding "Government policy concerning granting nationality." |
