Recommendation from the Minister of Defence, Lord Patrick Donnelly ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article I: i) A standing military force of two million soldiers will be a mandatory level of force; ii) An additional four million reservist forces will be recruited. Article II: i) The Ministry of Defence requests an additional 20,000,000,000 Krona to pay for the recruitment and training of these new forces; ii) This money will also go towards researching new war machines and building national defence systems; iii) An additional 15,000,000,000 is requested to build a new air force to rival any other in the region - comprised of bomber and fighter aircraft; iv) An additional 10,000,000,000 is request for new military vehicles from personal transports to tanks and helicopters; v) An additional 30,000,000,000 is requested for the formation of a new Imperial Kazulian Navy. |
