Message | Article 1: This is a proposal we could agree with if it were put forward seperately. Article 2: We disagree with as the current law enables all legitimate religions to send missionaries if they wish. The purpose of the current law is to prevent groups masquerading as religions from doing so. Article 3: This would have a direct impact on the welfare of poorer Kanjorans, it is their jobs that would be under threat. it would also require a massive expansion in our social welfare budget. Article 4: The current law enables genuine refugees to take shelter in Kanjor, if they are not seeking refuge from 'extreme circumstances' we do not believe that are genuinely refugees. Again threats to jobs and increased cost of social services. |

Message | Despite some reservations about the later proposals we shall support this. |
