Old value:: Smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments.
Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
Proposed: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings.

Message | We can only assume that this is a ploy to bait someone into asking why there was no period of debate on three fairly serious articles, so that you can self-righteously point out that "no other party wishes to negotiate, so why should you bother to waste time in debate." Fine...I'll take one for the team... *ahem* You can't actually expect three articles to just pass with no debate period with this crowd. |
