Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.

| Message | We can only assume that this is a ploy to bait someone into asking why there was no period of debate on three fairly serious articles, so that you can self-righteously point out that "no other party wishes to negotiate, so why should you bother to waste time in debate."
