From | United Republics Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | I like football because it's vague. I thought it always meant soccer, but I can still tell myself it means american football. IF i can think its american football and some euro trash can think it's soccer, aren't we all winners? |

From | The Unified Lodamun Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | There are a number of different football national sports, and ours has five members, but the others are specific which sport they are speaking of. I like those considerably better. |

From | The Unified Lodamun Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | And no, URP. You truly aren't a man of the people. The people of thise good country prefer Futbol, so football a great deal more today, adn they want our national football team to achieve the respect they deserve nationally. |

From | United Republics Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | OOC I think this bill is specifically anti-american. If you want football to mean soccer it can and if you want it to mean american football it can. or hell even australian football. |

From | Lodamun Distributionist Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | Um...MRP? It always WAS soccer. If vote this down, it still WILL BE soccer. I mean, you could try to lie to yourself if it makes you happy, but I predict that this revelation may eat away at you. You can only lie to yourself for so long. I'm sorry, my friend. |

From | United Republics Party | To | Debating the Football, don't you mean futbol | Message | Why couldn't ULP just leave this issue alone? It was causing no controversy because Americans and those unlucky non-americans could believe whatever they wanted. ULP is disgusting for pushing through a divisive issue. I proposed changing the national sport to American football as a result. If it passes, I'd be happy to change it back to just "football" if major parties can agree to leave it unchanged. |

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play. |
