| As an addition to the 'Acte pour les Droits d'Ouvriers (ou Ouvrieuses) de Sexe 2415' which we only support IF a majority in the Parliament supports this Revision legislation. Prostitution is a CRIME and often stimulates criminal activities, which we don't want to be embarked on our public places. We do NOT believe it can be controlled by legalizing it, only by ZERO TOLERANCE. |

| Message | We respectfully disagree with our colleagues in the Parti Libéraux et Démocrates as prostitution cannot be a crime considering it is victimless. It is simply, provided it is consenting and mature, sexual activities with an added exchange of many. Prostitution technically happens, I may add, whenever there is the donation of a sum of money or a gift leading to sexual acts. We also hasten to add that a "negative" liberty is still a liberty if no one's rights and choices are infringed upon or forced. It is also not the government's place to make decisions based on spirituality for the citizens of a state as such actions would be against the separation of church and state and a secular, laïcité system of governance as per the fundamental purpose of government's existance: the social contract. |
