Messagei think everyone should have the common sense in voting yes, this is a comprimise between the Consitutional Reform Act of 2416 (surely not to pass) and the Glasnot which is surely not to pass as well. These three laws have been the "sustaining blocks" of KCCP dominance, they shuould be changed outiright.
