MessageWe don't reallly see the need for pre-school education. All you learn to do is color and cut paper. Unless we are persuaded to vote in favor of this, we must decline our support.

MessagePre-school education develops the proper skills for success in school.

It is the point where children can be evaluated for special needs education, social understanding is developed in an atmosphere where if the learning curve is steep it is not to the detriment of the child.

Finally statistically children who attend pre-school, all day pre-school being best perform markedly better throughout their educational careers then those who do not.

MessageAs well as helping to prepare children for school, pre-school education also gives parents (especially mothers) an opportunity to go out to work.
