| I was overlooking the civil liberties section of the great Realm of Pontesi, and here are a few things that I decided to propose for the better of our nation. |

Old value:: Adoption policy is to be established by local governments.
Current: Adoption is strictly regulated by the government. Only by passing several tests and by following an intensive program applicants can adopt children.
Proposed: Adoption is regulated by the government. Applicants can adopt after a routine check-up.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the initiation of divorces (if allowed).
Old value:: Local governments decide who can initiate a divorce.
Current: Only male partners may initiate a divorce.
Proposed: Either partner may initiate a divorce.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning parental qualifications.
Old value:: The government does not hold qualifications for new parents.
Current: The government requires a test for would-be parents, if parents circumvent the test the government takes custody.
Proposed: The government requires a test for would-be parents, if parents circumvent the test they are allowed to keep the children, but are watched for incompentence.
