The confidentiality of letters must be inviolable.
The current legislature is unacceptable.Any body whit a knife and time can
open somebody else's letter and read private information whit out legal consequences.
We must limit this violation or a persons freedom.
Only by special permission cod the officials of the state inspect private mail contents.
