MessageWe call this Motion of No Confidence due to the behaviour of our government in regard to what has been named the "Rutanian Scandal", the diplomatic crisis with the Beluzian Republic.

MessageOkay...read up on it. What the? Whats our arming with nukes and chems got to do with them? If they want nukes, they should vote them in. Just because we're getting them doesnt mean everyone has to start freaking out and closing waters to us.

MessageWe find this attempt to get rid of the democratically elected government to be a sham! We proposed those bills before the election, they got defeated. The electorate voted us in and so we put them forward again as per the wishes of the nation!

MessageYou named it the Rutanian scandal.

Our response to their actions.

"Greetings Beluzia,

We find this infringement of our rights to govern our nation how we see fit to be a gross mistake on your part as you have no right to interfere with the sovereignty of Rutania. We maintain a nuclear deterrant for precisely that reason, its a deterrant, we also hold a deterrant so that should a conflict arise between the Enralonian Empire and the Socialist Commonwealth of New Endralon then we would be able to defend ourselves should the conflict spread to more nations.

The holding of nuclear weapons is the right every country has and it is their decision as to whether they want to hold one or not. Nuclear weapons have been proven to be one of the best ways at preventing a full scale war due to the threat of mutually assured destruction. We find your attempts to influence our national policy to be infringing our sovereignty as a nation and assure you that the arming of our nation with nuclear weapons is not an aggressive act but a defensive act, we are ensuring that no nation attacks us. We would fully support you if your nation wanted to maintain a nuclear arsenal as that is YOUR right as a nation to do so.

With respects to the Chemical and Biological weapons act, that was to allow research into the area in many fields as under the old law it was banned so we allowed it. In that bill we specifically said "We reserve the right to store those weapons but that we would not do so.

Our weapons pose no threat to your nation and we seek that you accept this. We are trying to come together on a use of WMD act that would restrict their use and require both parliamentary approval and HoS approval along with others possibly.

We respectfully ask that you open up your waters to Rutanian vessels and not place any more restrictions on the trade of Rutania."

MessageWe have made numerous responses to them and we demand this bill be removed so that the government can respond to this event and that the RSDP refrains from knee jerk reactions such at this in future.

MessageThe Government chose to ignore this diplomatic crisis until I brought it up, and the current Government also destroyed the image of Rutania as a peaceful nation we spend years trying to build up in a matter of months.

MessageWell lets see. How can anyone respond to a diplomatic crisis if they were not informed of one? I received no message from Beluzia saying anything about anything! No message asking why we were reserving the right to develop WMDs

Did you get a message and not tell us RSDP?

Random fact: "Kubrk" is a Jelbic word that has the colloquial meaning "old man" or "geezer".

Random quote: "Rifles, muskets, long-bows and hand-grenades are inherently democratic weapons. A complex weapon makes the strong stronger, while a simple weapon so long as there is no answer to it gives claws to the weak." - George Orwell
