MessageI disagree entirely! The current system allows people with low incomes to recieve free healthcare. The Higher income earners have to pay, they can afford to do so.
The same is true for drugs, people who need support recieve it. I'm sure that the Peoples Populist Party will agree that widespread use of contraception will reduce the birth rate, and thus make our population smaller. People wishing to use such contraception should pay, as they currently do.

MessageMay i point out to the esteemed minister that not so long ago there was a lively debate on the main nation message board that clearly stated that the birth rate in our country is too high. And it was also mentioned that we must do something to stop this dangerous trend the threatens to overflood us whit a greater population then we can possible sustain on our current infrastructure.

MessageThe Views of the Health secretary are not neccessarily the views of the Whig Party. She is stating what the government would collectively think, the PPP are strongly against contraception.
at this time it may be a good idea to impliment free contraception, but not as a perminant measure.

Messagethis si not perminant but it is necessary, it does not limit liberty's or freedoms (like if we tried to control the number of baby's by law) and it puts a good control on the birth rate.It is a good first step, we have to agree on that
