Voting deadline: April 2093
Description[?]:
SocialGreens wants to regulate telecommunications. A free market is a prior condition to ensure a high quality with low prices telecom systems, every national or foreign telecom company has to have the possibility to establish and enterprise in our nation. However the evolution on the telecom market has an positive influence on prices of devices and services, the monthly bill is often to much for low-income families or job-seekers. By that, our government has to subsidize companies that offers 'social telephone charges', it gives the possibility to those companies to maintain those social charges without suffering money loss in the beginning or during telecom market troubles - ofcourse, to keep the market democratic, the service and quality of those social telecom companies will only reach towards minimum necessary. |

Message | We would traditionally object, however, since we have already had a serious debate over housing we wouldn't mind supporting this bill...;) However we only ask one thing- that the next time the Grants committee meets, you must propose a charity through which the govt might do this, and vote to repeal this bill (to make it no regulation again) |

Message | We see no reason to add government regulation to an area which has prospered without it, therefore we oppose this proposal. |

Message | I'm not sure if we can afford to subsidize phone services. A free market is a free market. And while it's hard for people to live without houses, phone service is sth completely different. Our liberal policy cannot support such bill... |
