| All property seized from citizens previously classed as Coloured and Gishotoi as part of the policy of apartheid shall have said property returned to them should they be able to prove that said property had been in their possession or, should the former owner be deceased, the possession of their kin prior to the en-action of apartheid. Refusal by private individuals to return said property peacefully will result in the government actively seizing property and returning it to its rightful owners. Furthermore all former citizens and the spouses and descendants of former citizens forced into exile by the government during the apartheid era will have citizenship returned to them as soon as they are able to prove their eligibility. They shall have the option of recieving housing paid for by the government for a period not exceeding 2 years from their re-entry in Greater Hulstria. |
