Message | Though we would like to point out (as seems to have been an argument in many other Countries) that this law does not stop us from researching with chemical and biological products that could either a) be of advantage to us for economic use or b) prevent us from researching chemical or biological agents in order to counteract and produce possible vaccines should these deplorable weapons be used against ourselves (at least thats how I read it, so if anyone thinks any different, please inform me!) |
