Message | Why? If people want to use a sports centre, they pay a membership fee to a private sports centre. If they don't want to, they don't pay. Forcing citizens to pay for a service they dont want to use, or getting a local government to do it for you, is idiotic. |

Message | Locals decide! They are not forced to make a sports team but if they want to and the people vote in a referendum and if they vote yes then they can have a sports team, and others don't have to, no one is making them pay for anything. |

Message | What is the difference between being forced to pay for a sports club by the majority or by a dictator. To the man that doesnt support it, nothing. He is still forced to pay for something he doesnt agree with. The majority is forcing them to pay. Under the current system no-one is made to pay for something they dont want. Under your proposal, they will. |
