Message | Why? If people dont want to go to a place that allows smoking they dont have to. How about we try respecting property rights? |

Message | A different section wouldnt work then- smoke travels around a room. If people are that concerned about their health, nobody is forcing them to go into the building. |

Message | Well it does, sorry, the smoke doesnt just disapear. Thats not the point really, the point is not telling people what to do in their own property. |

Message | Um yeah it does. Here in the real world there is a thing called public health and if public health matters to people do you think that they would still have non-smoking people in resteraunts? |

Message | Restaurant owners can ban people smoking in their restaurants. Or they can allow. Or they can allow smoking only in certain areas. The point is its their choice, and nothing to do with us. |

Message | Unfortunately people who are walking down the street while others are smoking are deprived of their right to choose not to smoke. We cannot support any bill that would allow or continue to allow smoking in public areas. We can support the rights of property owners though. |
