Message | OOC: In Pennsylvania a fishing license is available for a nominal fee maybe $20 or less. This money funds departments which stock fish in ponds to be fished. That's exactly how I envision the current Lodamese system. Why change that? |

Message | ooc: Because the current law is not a universal system, it is handled by local government, so although the system you sugges is a good idea, in Lodamun any kind of regulation could be in place. |

Message | The ULP feels that this is one of those issues that the national government doesn't need to get involved with. The local governments know better how to deal with the deer, fowl, and fish populations than we do. If deer for instance, population is becoming quite low in an area, they could limit the number of deer that hunters are allowed that year, thus keeping the deer population for future years at the status quo. |

Message | I'm somewhat tempted to vote for this because Kregon might make it legal to hunt humans, the most dangerous game. |

Message | That would count as murder, unless that became devolved. |
