Bill: Party Proposal Limits
Details
Submitted by[?]: HaLeumit Tikvah
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2424
Description[?]:
The current party proposal limits were set at the current high level to quickly destroy the legislation of the Islamic Theocracy. Nowadays the current level just leaves the Sanhedrin swamped with bills. We propose these more sensible party proposal limits. |

Message | This bill is an attempt to silence the opposition parties and there is no need for such a bill. |

Message | And what do you mean swamped with bills? You sound like that were all missing votes. |

Message | By swamped with bills we mean there are a lot of bills. If we wanted to silence opposition we would reduce the value to one. But all we are looking for is stability. Lots of proposals can lead to rapid change, while this was fine when we were trying to get rid of the theocracy, rapid change generally leads to instability. |

Message | There is no reason at all for this bill, our country is not forzen by the current number, I think we'll be fine with the current allowed number of proposals. |
