This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | With the inactivity and decline of Rutania Shaor, the Green Socialist Party are proposing that the socialist coalition governs again but without Rutania Shaor. The only condition of agreeing to the cabinet proposal last time round was that one proposal with regards to environmental legislation was upheld. This time round, we are not proposing that backing any particular article is essential to entry into the cabinet. We believe in a loose cabinet with autonomy between the parties. However, we would ask that any finance bills or treaties proposed by government ministers receive the backing of the entire cabinet. If these terms are acceptable then we ask for socialists to unite in solidarity to back a socialist cabinet. |
