Message | Property is an inviolable and sacred right, no one shall be deprived thereof. |

Message | Mr Speaker, On the contrary it is our belief that all non-Church land is the property of His Serene Majesty, and that the "owners" are tenants with freehold leases from the Emperor, or one of the Royal Duchies. As such, under Royal Prerogative, His Serene Majesty's Government should have the option to seize property when it is deemed to be in the interests of Imperial security. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While it is unfortunate that we are on the same side as such a group as the BCD, who apparently understand nothing of economics or of civil liberties, we are on their side in this case. There are some rare instances where eminent domain is necessary, and the current policy reflects the degree of necessity. |

Message | Mr Speaker, A secularist belittling the knowledge of our honourable colleagues in the Crown Defenders! The very same secularists who think chemical and biological weapons are 'obsolete'. The very same that demand that heathens be allowed citizenship in our Holy Empire. We are most amused. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, My belittlement was a result of the BCD's inability to realize that confidence of entrepreneurs is vital to a capitalist economy. Unfortunately, when your business can just be taken at no cost at anytime, people tend to be afraid to set up businesses with that risk present. It was also a result of the fact that the BCD could not recognize a person's right to what they own. As for the LPP's claims, we are quite proud to take those positions. A Muslim or a Jew can be just as good of a man or woman as a Christian. As for the chemical and biological weapons argument, I already relayed our concerns ealier. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, No one own anything in this Empire: we are stewards of our wordly possessions for HSM The Holy Luthori Emperor, and we are stewards of this earth for the King of Kings, our Lord Jesus Christ! I yield the floor. |
Date | 01:39:55, July 09, 2007 CET | From | Secular Party | To | Debating the Right to private property Act |
Message | .::Rises::. Not under the rule of the Secular Party and our allies! I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The voting on this bill suggests otherwise. I yield the floor, but not HSM The Holy Luthori Emperor's ownership of it! |
Date | 16:07:14, July 09, 2007 CET | From | Secular Party | To | Debating the Right to private property Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The voting merely suggests that parties think there are acceptable exceptions to the right to private property. I yield the floor. |
