Message | Mr Speaker, We fully object to this outrageous bill betraying our Empire's national security. The treacherous Secularists are at it again. |
Date | 00:24:54, July 08, 2007 CET | From | Secular Party | To | Debating the Efficient Military Weapons |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The Linen and Pimm's Party should check into rehab and stop drinking their Pimm's. This bill is obviously made in the interest of national security. After all, what good does it do to waste money on obsolete weapons. How do clubs and arrows improve national security when you're fighting against guns? I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The cloth-for-brains bumpkins have asserted that weapons outlawed are 'obsolete'. I am sure the RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT of NEW WEAPONS cannot possibly produce weapons that are then 'obsolete'. This bill is poppycock. |
Date | 16:25:42, July 08, 2007 CET | From | Secular Party | To | Debating the Efficient Military Weapons |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The R and D exception of the bill is simply there for the sake of not limiting science. Anyway, these weapons are obsolete, because, they're too inhumane to use in battle on regular conditions, the dangers to our troops would be significantly increased by the use of these weapons, and if another country did use these weapons against us, nuclear weapons would make far more effective counterattacks and deterrants. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, When this Diet voted to legalise chemical weapons, very recently, the decision was taken to allow for CS and other non-lethal gases. As such retaining this capability is still necessary, unless the Secularists rather nuke people who could have had non-lethal chemicals used on them. I yield the floor. |
Date | 01:18:41, July 09, 2007 CET | From | Secular Party | To | Debating the Efficient Military Weapons |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The implication of this bill was that only lethal gases and biological weapons would be made illegal for use. I yield the floor. |
Date | 16:27:10, July 09, 2007 CET | From | Imperial Vodka and Pimm's Party | To | Debating the Efficient Military Weapons |
Message | Mr Speaker, We noticed no such implication, and regardless, implication in statute law is not enough. You must be specific and clear. |
