Noting that currently the Republic of Trigunia has no policy concerning GM Crops. Recognising the possible value of GM Crops to the world and to Trigunia, hereby declares them legal and allows all activities related to production, selling or researching of GM crops are allowed. The only stipulation being that products containing GM food have to mention this on a label, this is so that consumers who want to avoid GM crops may do so. |

Message | Firstly, it should be noted that there is never a need to declare something legal - unless something is specifically illegal, it is, by definition legal. The Liberty Party supports GM crops and agrees that it is reasonable for products to include a GM notice. |
