Our laws say that we will use NBC weapons if another nation uses them first. Well, we must at least be prepared to produce them in case another nation does use them in order to have consistency in our laws. There are also peaceful applications, especially of nuclear arms, such as power, and biochem research can help with medical breakthroughs. |
