Message | For the nay voters, may I ask if there's any justification for banning nonviolent hate speech? And if that same justification couldn't be used to completely shut down free discourse in our nation, since most disagreements have a level of tension that could be construed as dislike, and therefore hate? And if you are willing to take that risk? Or are you just afraid that for once, people might be entrusted with their own lives in lieu of bureaucrats from many miles away? |
