Message | Mr Speaker, How does the hon proposer imagine that internet pornographers and child abusers would be arrested if the police are unable to run investigations into internet crime? I yield the floor. * Lot's of accusing pointing and jibing from the Veterans' benches. |

Message | ooc: This law is wrong, we should ask on the forums to get it changed. It's two laws, really: 1) the economics of the internet and 2) crimes on the internet. Internet is 'free to use' should be clarified as 'there is no restriction on who may use the internet'. 'The internet is completely unregulated' should be 'There government has no position towards internet usage or what is published on the internet.' A separate law regarding the cost and regulation of internet service providers should be written. Shall we ask on the forums, West Riding? |

Message | ooc: I've asked, hopefully we'll see it split or cleaned up. We should be able to morally regulate the internet whilst economically de-regulate it. |

Message | OOC: Where's the thread? I'd like to have a look at the proposed wording of the split legislative options. |

Message | OOC: We will view this primarily in the criminal aspect. |
