Message | And how would these trains be funded? With tax payer money or through user pays systems. With tax payer money we would need to establish regulations for the new companies. While we would not necessarily oppose this, it has not been covered in this bill. With user pays system we run the risk of loosing service for the publicly run system or at least conflict. Resulting in areas where a user must pay out of pocket or be without transportation. |
