Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2429
Description[?]:
As part of One Nations commitment to bring back cultural identity to Aloria - One Nation is proposing legislation that ensures young Alorians respect the National Anthem when it is sung at school- Many young Alorians do not know the significance of Cultural Identity due to the current Governments own racist stance towards our own nation. One Nation does not believe forcing young people to sing it is the right move however the fact that they show respect when it is playing will promote self discipline. |

Message | People do have the right to sing or not hence why One Nation's view is not to make people sing it but merely to respect it. The MLP comments are typical left wing trash - if your next door neighbour is playing music loud at 4am in the morning while you are trying to sleep - do you think it is not disrespectful? It is the same situation - for those who wish to sing the national anthem to display true cultural identity and we have louts that continue to interrupt is outright disrespectful and should not be tolerated. In a protest move individuals can just not sing it - however to show disrespect disallows other individuals from participating in this ceromonial event. One Nation is appauled yet not suprised at the total arrogance of the left wing garbish that is coming from not only the MLP but the Constitution Party - maybe you can explain to people why trusted Alorians have no cultural identity - we are a nation of nobodies. |

Message | We are a nation of diversity. We are drawn together by the fact we tolerate. There are those of us who are strictly religious and others who don't believe anything. We are a nation of nobodies, we are a nation of lot's of different somebodies. We shouldn't merge our culture into one looming blob, but rather let it branch out and be diverse. We recognize we don't have one merged cultural identity, but rather many identities that make up this great land. |

Message | This left wing lunacy that we live as one big happy family is as rotten as bad eggs - there are many Alorians who are concerned at the dangers of this external cultural influx. They have spoken to members of One Nation in hope One Nation will make a difference. How can you not accept the fact One Nation is a growing political force - if you continue to deny our cultural identity, Alorians will fight back. Your logic in not supporting this bill is somewhat confusing - you say Alorians are tolerant - however why not support the bill then? If people are tolerant of people singing the anthem then there is no need to oppose One Nations bill. And for those who are disrespectfull - why allow them to? As mentioned once before - you would do something about a neighbour who is playing music at 4am. |

Message | Isn't it a totally different situation? |
Date | 13:23:57, July 14, 2007 CET | From | One Nation Party | To | Debating the Cultural Eduction Act |
Message | It's a different scenario however it is the same issue - the common theme is RESPECT. Something you wouldnt understand. |

Message | Who enforces this law? What are the penalties if they "don't show respect." A law is only as good as how well it can be enforced. |

Message | The same penalties as when you have nuisance neighbours - several warnings and if non compliance a fine. |
