Abortion should only occur early in pregnancy. Not to late so you would be really killing a living baby. Message | "Not to late so you would be really killing a living baby." Furthermore, if it hasn't been born, its not alive. So your reasoning is a bit screwed on that one. |

Message | Well like you said in one of my other bills "Only by your definition" Who is to say that even though it hasnt been born its still not alive. The baby can be 1 day away from Birth and he is still allowed to have an aboriton. That is not right. Maybe Im just thinking things trough and to a further degree but why dont we try to put out safer sex practices so Abortion wouldnt be an Issue. Maybe thats the problem? |

Message | Condoms are free. Do some research. But otherwise, I agree. Presumably one would expect a doctor to recommend a C-section or whatever the fad is these days rather than performing an abortion with one day left on the pregnancy. Thus we should elave some responsbility in the hands of medical professionals. |

Message | Well theres no bill for that and if most doctors would agree with this bill I see no reason not to put it into law. |

Message | There is no bill for that since we do not need to regulate medical professionals to within an inch of their lives. People are capable of making decisions without government guidelines. |
