STRONGLY support b/c the Commonwealth of Rutania needs the strongest military in the world that is not confined to the loss of the tools needed to fight and win war.

This treaty only hurts OUR nation b/c terrorists and rogue nations will not sign and then use those chemical and biological weapons against us. We need to be able to retaliate.
