Considering that Jelbania is a free country which must be defended from the communist forces,which will install a ruthless dictatorship when they occupy Jelbania.
The Assemblee Nationale decides to deploy the national army in service of one milion men and the national army in reserve of 835,000 men.
The Assemblee Nationale decides to send the reseve army to Turadad to surpress the communist rebels and to restore law and order.
The Asemblee Nationale decides to send the normal army to Southern Rilmos to liberate Rilmos from the occupying communist forces
