This Bill redefines the monetary policy of the Commonwealth of Rutania as of follows: (1) Mandates that for every Rutanian currency printed in circulation, it is fully (100%) backed by a stable commodity of value such as Gold, Silver, or OIL governed by a "Floating Exchange" rate determined by the Market. (2) DE-authorizes the Central Bank from setting the default interest on inter-bank borrowing and lets each individual commercial bank set their own interest rate. |
