MessageNo doubt full individual rights extend only to adults. But that principle isn't dispositive. The question is whether, on balance, prohibiting liquor purchase and consumption by minors produces a net utilitarian good for Aloria. The Democratic Rationalists maintain that it does not. This regulation needlessly restricts liberty for a questionable net utilitarian gain. We urge the parties to vote for freedom, and against big government nanny-statism.
