IN ORDER to facilitate the budget of the current government, and the needs of the people, the state should not pay for all legal representatives for defendants;

AS SUCH legal representation should only be paid for by the government for low-income defendants.

MessageWhile the N.U.F. will be voting in favor of this measure, I'd like to know to whom exactly we provide this defense attorneys for. Saying the low-income get them is a mightily broad term especially in legal matters. Perhaps in the future we can look to examine these laws and provide an equal opportunity to a fair and balanced hearing in a court of law, no matter of economic background.
