WHEREAS, the Constitution of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto was passed into law on the Eighth Day of June in the Year Two Thousand, Four Hundred and Twenty-Six. WHEREAS, we, the members of the Imperial Diet, believe that the People of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto should celebrate this extension of our democracy. RESOLVED, that the Eight of June of every year shall be known as Constitution Day, and that all government offices, local and federal, except those crucial to public safety, such as the military, intelligence agency and fire and police services, shall be closed throughout the course of this day, and that all citizens celebrate this national holiday as they see fit. |
