MessageBut we don't regulate the world economy. We don't govern other nations. We don't defend other nations corporations when they get in trouble overseas. We do take care of this nation. And one of the ways this is done is making sure we don't give up our national sovereignty to BOTH foreign governments OR foreign corporations. This bill allows foreign businesses to invest their money here, but only 49.9% or less of a company need-be foreign owned.

MessageThis absolutely goes against the freedom of the market, which the MLP has previously pledged to support.

MessageFree market is great but in NO WAY OVERRIDES NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY. We are not anarcho-capitalists, we are nation-state libertarians.
