Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Proposing a Cabinet After reading your remarks, I made a new proposition. External affairs still remaines for the National Union, Internal is for the IPE. It doesn't seem good to concentrate all the power with the head of governement. Perhaps, the SoS is willing to change HoG with external affairs? I do believe that the NU won't play George Bush on the international politics, so I don't think there will be real problems.After all, this governement is supposed to be a team, so we will speak to each other, and we will work as a team. |

| Message | The IPE and NU have promised to maintain the previous coalition's foreign policy which was crucial for our yes vote. I favour this coalition simply because the present one is now two elections out of date, and the difficult arithmetic requires a complex alliance of this sort. The SoS however does not view parties outside of this coalition as enemies and will vote as ever on principle. We also hope a bit of governmental responsibility will settle the NU and IPE a bit. |
