The fact is that millions of Rutanians die in hospitals everyday simply for the fact that their Doctor is unable to secure an livable organ from a deceased person b/c of the "Johnny Cochran"-type attorney that the family hires. The way I see it is once you leave the planet, you leave your rights too. Nonethless, this legislation stipulates that UNLESS a person forbids organ donation via a "Last Will & Testament," consent is automatically assumed at death. If you disagree, PLEASE give your reasoning and rationale!!! |

| Message | Yes, I see your point Neo-Whig, BUT this legislation CLEARLY stipulates that if a Rutanian citizen doesn't wish that their organs be taken away, they can just put that in writing via a Will. In other words, BOTH sides win in this debate. What do you think? |
