The Secular Party shall oppose because it backtracks on the policy of nuclear power. Nuclear power should be encouraged for the long term security of the Empire. I and the rest of the Secular Party do, however, support article 2.

MessageMr Speaker,

This regards only nuclear power for energy production, not military purposes. Furthermore, it does not prohibit nuclear power stations or private companies conducting R&D into nuclear power.
