This bills is separated from the rest due to the fact that the PM believes in a enforcing the citizens to serve in either the military or the civilian service upon graduation. Furthermore the PM believes that torture should be allowed in grave emergencies when information gather is vital, for instance during war. |

Message | Articles 1, 5, and 7 are nice. However, the rest make it so we must vote no. We would allow seizure of private property for important government works, however. But tarriffs and torture are terrible. (All T's....) |
