Message | Why should our people hide behind walls and fences? what do they have to hide from us? The State must have access to the people at all times. |

Message | Never!!!!!!!!!!!! The People are ready when you try it! From the distinctive anti-aircraft missile batteries atop our bunkers to the artillery walls which line our protective barriers, only a madcap fool would dare assault the People in their myriad housing bunkers. God forbid you manage to enter one of our vaulted doorways, where the kennels of assault K-9's and their axe-wielding simian riders dwell! Explore still further and you may be subject to all manner of bio-chemical experimentation and (if you are lucky) eventually consumption by hordes of Hogzilla!! http://www.geckoandfly.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/05/big_hog_hogzilla_pig_hunting_biggest.jpg |

Message | I never said that partys were not allowed to fortify themselves... the Whigs have defended Ripley Castle for decades now. The Ancient castle will always be defended... this is so that we can stop traitors and revolutionaries from destroying our nation. |

Message | From Wikipedia: "In its modern form, a gated community is a form of residential community sometimes characterised by a closed perimeter of walls and fences, but always containing controlled entrances for pedestrians, bicycles, and automobiles. Gated communities usually consist of small residential streets and include various amenities. For smaller communities this may be only a park or other common area. For larger communities, it may be possible for residents to stay within the community for most day-to-day activities. Gated communities are a type of common interest development, but are distinct from intentional communities." Going by this definition, the Liberal Party would tend to believe that while gated communities are outlawed, the right to private property would still allow single property units the right to install security fortifications (walls, gatehouses, etc.). This would allow secured office buildings and residences, just not secured office parks (industrial estates) or gated residential communities (with the possible exception of condominum apartment buildings). Would the Justice Minister please clarify for Parliament what a definition we should be using? |

Message | Justice minister Krishna Evola would point out that under current law no fortifications of private or public property are technically allowed. . Being that much of Beluzia is fortified, and current law requires that "No new buildings may be constructed unless they feature provisions for Civil Defence." this would have been impossible to enforce, and most construction has been going on outside the law in recent months, causing a great deal of trouble for law abiding businesses. The People, who have always operated both inside and outside of the law, possess an sustainable supply of self-manufactured munitions and fortifications. |

Message | The Whigs have several fortified positions accross the nation, notably our Head Quarters at Ripley Castle. |

Message | If there is to be some definition of "gated community" peculiar to Beluzia, it would have to be articulated in a passing bill, or by the minister of the department in question. Beluzia's justice minister Krishna Evola has determined the current law to be impractical to implement, and has instructed his judiciary subordinates to engage in "don't ask, don't tell" tactics regarding this indiscreet particular. |

Message | The liberal party is sternly requested to join Beluzia in allowing the free construction of fortified communities thruout Beluzia. |
