MessageThis has nothing to do with private institutions providing better and more efficient service. If you can't afford it, what's the use? Any education is better than none at all...

MessageIsn't that why there's vouchers to pay for the schooling of disadvantaged children as well as the option of home schooling?

MessageWhat's the point of vouchers? So you can still refuse whenever you feel like it? Education is a basic right, no?

And home schooling is no good: how can you keep up a good education standard? Are we going to go int people's homes to confirm they're doing a good job or tell how to do it?

MessageIt would be a waste of resources to send 'monitors' to the home schooled. The schools are built, they might as well use them.
