Message | All tax revenue has been estimated to include the increases in Government expenditure. We have no intention of moving this Country into the "red" at any point, although it must be considered that we have maintained a surplus for some decades now so should a brief "blip" occur with our maths then it would have little damage to our current fiscal position as this "stored" money would be utilised in order to make up any unlikely deficits. |
