MessageLand mines are basic tools of defence. Our national security is endangered.
Total ban is not a solution. We should propose a treaty in which countries would agree to instatly dismantle land mines after the end of a conflict.

MessageWe oppose, as this is a bill against peace, and a bill that shows the monarchists attempt to kill civilians.

MessageAs far as I know land mines purpose isn't killing civilians. They aren't even for killing soldiers, but to deter anyone from crossing certain areas, which are marked usually by "MINES!" sing with a Jolly Roger. As for danger for civilians, you should familiarize yourselves with my statement again ( "treaty in which countries would agree to instatly dismantle land mines after the end of a conflict.")

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
