Message | Increased use of contraception and abortion lowers the birth rate, especially amoungst poorer parents. This leads to less strain on the health service, since these people are more likely to fall ill, and also leads to a drop in crime as the children that are born are more likely to be better cared for. This was seen back in the 1990's in the USA on Earth. By increasing the vacination rate, we also aim to reduce the strain on the nation's hospitals and doctors. |
