Message
(1) If a SINGLE private company owns the national power grid, they would have a MONOPOLY thus causing the price of electricity and energy to skyrocket on the backs of poor working Rutanians;

(2) If the Government owns a DE FACTO monopoly of all power stations, the same result would occur.

(3) Fire stations should be left to the control of local governments. The Federal government is too BUSY to put out fires.
