Bill: Mandatory Child Vaccinations

Details

Submitted by[?]: Citizens for Moral Unity

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2438

Description[?]:

As a logical extension of the mandatory public schooling bill, this neglect of our nation's children is inexcusable. Vaccinations rock-solid scientifically proven, and allowing third-world diseases to remain in our country tarnishes our image internationally. Childhood vaccinations provide huge savings in the long-run, and can prevent death and misery. These must be government-mandated, to ensure the thorough extinction of the related diseases.

We owe it to our nation's children to require this undeniable boon.

MessageWe are currently funding research into microchip technology that may be injected along with the vaccines, to ensure continued obedience. This research is still in the infant stages, however.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
