MessageWe oppose articles 3 and 4. A national police force is encessary, but local forces are necessary for community interaction. There is no need for police to carry firearms if they work in a generally safe area. Those policing dangerous areas, I am sure, are specially trained firearms units, in addition to the special weapons and tactics teams.
