Message | Mr Speaker, As this clearly isn't going to pass, we invite those voting neigh to answer whether they would vote for a return to non-combat roles for women (in compliance with international law and common morality) or segregrated units for women (equally illegal and immoral as the current system, but at least more combat effective). I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The point which the our hon Friend seems to have missed is that man and woman were created equal in the eyes of God, and t hus should be treated as equals; we thought this was obvious, but it is evidently not so. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We beg to differ. Adam was created in God's image, reinforced by Jesus's male gender. Eve was created from his rib to keep him company. Throughout the Old and New Testaments is it clear that women were never intended to be equal. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, "Adam" in the Hebrew language is a genderless being, androgynous, if you will. Also, it is clear that our Lord intended women to be treated well. He chooses all male Apostles, logically, because the society of the time, flawed as it was, was misogynistic. It is clear from reading the New Testament that the Lord abhorrs such inequality. Christ was male as, if He had been a woman, He would never have got anywhere. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Such piffle from the Tories. Who gives a damn what the Jews did, we know they're all insane. Look at Beiteynu. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We fail to find a point in the Trashed Yuppies' last irrelevant spoutings. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, My point is that it is irrelevant as to the possible interpretations of the name Adam, he was clearly established as a man. Eve was also subordinate, this is all very clear. We do not advocate keeping women locked in the home or any such thing, but keeping them out of the military is sound, traditional military practice. In the event of total war, we need a reliable back-up population for civilian jobs otherwise held by men. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, "Adam" is clearly, in the Hebrew original in any case, a genderless creature until given gender by God. At which point woman is also created and given equality. Further, we must allow all who wish to to serve in our armed forces, barring the mentally ill, the criminal etc, if we are to continue effective military operations. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, It is a well known fact that the best armies in the world have managed perfectly well without having women forced into their ranks for sentimental politically correct reasons. * The Whigs - who are mostly Veterans of the Crusades - cheer at this and gesture that the Tories have mental issues. I yield the floor. |
Date | 11:30:04, August 03, 2007 CET | From | Luthori Tory Party | To | Debating the Military Gender Reform Act, 2437 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, At present we have one of the smallest populations in the world. We must maximise the number we can mobilise if we are to continue an expansionist foreign policy. *The Tories, who are mostly victims of vicious persecution, glare the Whigs into silence* I yield the floor. |
