Bill: Bringing Power to the People!

Details

Submitted by[?]: Progressive Marxist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2094

Description[?]:

No longer should the less populous provinces have the same amount of power in the Federal Government as the more heavily regions. They are more affluent and more numerous yet they are ill represented in the Parliament.

In order to gain 25% of the Migadon seats, one would have to have to have 1,594,640 supporters approx. In order to gain 25% of the Ferene seats, one would need approximately 2,709,566 voters. Which one will a politician focus on? This encourages our politicians to focus on the Seats more than than the People.
